• The guarantee covers your first order of each product, one-time or subscription, up to 60 days from delivery.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of our confirmation.
• You don't need to send anything back. Keep the bottle, finish it, bin it — your call.
• Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled anytime from your account page or by writing to us — cancellation takes effect immediately and nothing further is charged.
• We may decline repeat guarantee claims made across multiple orders of the same product — the guarantee exists so trying us is risk-free, not free.
